In 2008 We Will Save At Least One Life
(It Might Be Yours)

We will save at least one life by teaching people how to stay out of harm’s way; we will help our students improve their level of fitness and health; and we will motivate, educate and inspire everyone with whom we come in contact.

In a short period of time, we will arm you with potentially life-saving techniques and, more importantly, a Black Belt attitude.  We’re thinking globally and acting locally.

If we give just one person the self defense tools needed to stay out of danger, it will indeed be a very , very happy year for us.
