Julie Stockwell- Lead Kenpo Instructor, Kickboxing and Office manager

I started out in the kickboxing program when my daughter

Alyssa, who was 5 at the time, started karate. A year later
my daughter Koree, who was 4, enrolled. Shortly after that,
I started in the Kenpo program.
I have always wanted to be part of the fitness industry,
and I thought aerobics instructor was the path that I would
take, until discovering martial arts.
Martial arts encompass so much of the things that I was
looking for; cardio, muscle conditioning, and above all, the
self-defense tools needed to stay safe.
It is my goal to continually improve myself, so as to inspire
the students, young and old, to achieve their fitness goals.
I have been married since 1989 and have resided in Holden
since 1997.
